As the computer and its related gadgets becomes more and more part of our everyday lives, Integral is here to help you get the most out of it. Is your service guaranteed? Yes. We offer a No Fix No Fee Guarantee - which means if we can't deliver a solution, you pay nothing. We also guarantee our onsite work for 30 days and our remote and phone support for 5 days. Just let us know of any problems during this time and we'll work with you to sort them out free of charge. Do you charge more for night and weekend support? No. We are open weekdays, weekends and evenings. We offer our standard rates regardless of when you need help, a fast response, punctual appointment times, expert help and a unique No Fix No Fee Guarantee! What services do you provide? Our major support services include Set Ups, Networking, Repairs, Web & Email Security, Data Backup and Advisory, but if it's something that involves a computer, chances are we can help. Just get in touch and we can chat about what you need. Do you offer drop off service? Nope. We specialize in on-site technology support for home users and small businesses. We have found through experience that computers and technology work best in their natural environment, with their normal connections. Who wants to climb under their desk and mess with all those wires anyway? Are there services you don't offer? For the moment we don't offer support for businesses with over 9 computers or older versions of Microsoft Windows (apart from XP). Also, we aren't equipped to carry out electrical work, do extensive cabling or affix gadgets to walls. For this sort of work we have a list of professionals we work with. How do I pay? For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Do you sell hardware components and software? No. We are happy to install and support hardware and software purchased from your preferred retailer. Do you offer computer training? While we don't offer formal training courses, we do have our handy Show Me service that is a package designed to help you learn more about using almost anything related to computers, gadgets and technology. You tell us something you'd love to be able to do, and we'll come to your place and show you how. What do I need to know before you visit me? An adult (18 years or older) needs to be around the whole time we at work. We'll need access to your gear and a safe place to work. We'll also need you there to answer any questions about your solution. Because there is no way to 100% guarantee data protection, we strongly recommend that you back up all your information before we arrive. We also offer a full back up service if you need a hand. We also ask you to sign a disclaimer about data before we can start work. Do you provide service in my area? We provide onsite technology support services to most of the Kansas City area, including Overland Park, Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Leawood, Olathe, Belton, Blue Springs, Gladstone, Grandview, Independence, Lenexa, Liberty, Prairie Village, Raymore, Richmond, Roeland Park, and Shawnee. |
