Midwest Contact Services is a janitorial service with a handful of employees, each one vital to the success of the company...and not one them experienced in computer tech support. So when their Internet connection became unstable after switching Internet Service Providers, they were truly at a loss. Having dealt with poor computer support in the past, owner Michael Walker was at a loss as to call for help until his accountant referred him to us.

 

After spending several days talking with his ISP’s  tech support on the phone and in person, Michael was resigned to the fact that he was going to have to deal with spotty Internet service. Within an hour of showing up, we discovered the problem was a faulty router that was purchased to work with the new Internet service.  Michael can now avoid hours of frustration and get all of his company’s computer needs addressed by a company who understands anything he can throw at us!
