The Lexington Chamber of Commerce promotes and services the businesses in Lexington, MO and surrounding areas, but they are also have the unique distinction of sharing the same location as license bureau and running the license bureaus offices in Lexington, MO and Richmond, MO. When the Missouri State Department of Revenue decided to perform a statewide upgrade of the network routers in all of the license bureaus, Chamber Executive Director Carl Wheat and Lexington license bureau Jan Florence called us to help them reconfigure the network setup in the Lexington license bureau and the chamber of commerce.

An encounter with one of these individuals can leave you with an unresponsive or non-working computer.  Tom and Candy Hufft were recently put in a bind when a moonlighting computer technician severed their computer's connection to the Internet which brought their Home-Based businesses to a grinding halt. When you get a new computer, you face the challenge of trying to do a successful file transfer with data that is stored on your current computer. By simply visiting certain, infected popular Web sites, home and business Internet surfers using Internet Explorer on a PC may indirectly download spyware onto their desktop computers, which in turn will cause it to malfunction. Mary Heidelman of Tryon & Heidelman was surfing the Internet for work related content after business hours when her computer displayed an error message and shut down suddenly. Fearing the worse, she called us to save her computer.

After inserting her USB Flash Drive in her computer, Brenda Salcedo, Membership Services Director with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce heard a loud pop and her computer was dead.  Her first thought was that she lost 10 years worth of data including chamber of commerce documents, the membership database and several dozen photographs taken at various functions. Her second thought was to call us to retrieve the information from her broken computer.

When you call a computer company to come onsite and fix your computer, you expect your problems to be resolved and a guarantee that the person who fixed your computer will return at no charge if you experience the same problem.  Bev Ruth recently had her computer serviced by a local computer service company. After several hours worth of time and money, the computer still wasn’t working.  When she called to have the technician come back, the company wanted to charge her additional money to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time.
