On a daily basis we have to go to bat for the people who depend on us to make sure that their computers are up and running. Take Deb Kassien, Co-Owner of Medical Education Development and Support. She was experiencing problems with a laptop that she recently purchased from an area electronics super store. The last time she took a laptop in for warranty repair, she was without it for 30 days. Not only did we help point out the problem to the technicians the store had on staff, we helped Deb pick out a computer that had twice the capacity than the one she purchased. The new computer will ensure that Deb will stay productive and experience no downtime in her business.
